Barista

Excel Recruitment is seeking experienced Baristas to join our fantastic team of casual staff, working across busy contract catering units in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Baristas who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Shifts are Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with weekend work also available. Pay rates range from 13.50 to 15.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities of the Barista:

• Confidently grinding, brewing, and serving coffee to a high standard
• Preparing and presenting coffee drinks efficiently in high-volume settings
• Delivering excellent customer service and assisting with queries
• Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
• Supporting the wider catering team with general duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment

Requirements for the Barista:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting (essential)
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and service standards
• Excellent communication skills and good level of spoken English
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a busy team
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively
