Beverage Preparation & Service

  • Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and artistry.
  • Maintain knowledge of beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to provide expert recommendations.
  • Ensure presentation standards align with Morgans Originals’ luxury brand identity.
  • Support food and beverage service by assisting with light snacks or pastries when required.

Guest Experience

  • Engage with guests to personalize beverage selections and enhance their experience.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster a welcoming and sophisticated café atmosphere that reflects Roswyn’s lifestyle ethos.

Operational Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service areas.
  • Monitor inventory of beans, syrups, milk, and supplies to ensure readiness for service.
  • Assist in procurement and supplier coordination to uphold quality and sustainability.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment with care and precision.

Quality & Compliance

  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies.
  • Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
  • Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
