Beverage preparation: Prepare and brew hot, iced, and blended coffee beverages (such as Espresso, Latte, and Cappuccino), as well as non-coffee drinks.
Cleanliness and organization: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and coffee-making equipment, and monitor ingredient stock levels.
Customer service: Greet customers, recommend menu items, respond to inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Taste and quality control: Adjust and calibrate the grinder and coffee machines to ensure consistent quality and standard flavor.
Previous experience working in a coffee shop is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee beans and various brewing methods.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and a passion for service.
Punctual, hardworking, honest, and able to work well as part of a team.
Basic English communication skills.
