工作簡介

Assist assistant bar manager on supervising, controlling, and inspecting all table set up and service standard under direction of Café Shop Manager.

• Create for coffee (with latte art) and drinks preparation and making.
• Handle daily operation, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen.
• Responsible for stock control of milk and related ingredients or daily use.
• Serving the customers and presenting menu.

工作要求

• Secondary school graduate or above.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge in food hygiene.
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese / Putonghua.
