As an Barista, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for travelers from around the world. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and cold brews, ensuring consistent taste and quality.
2. Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
3. Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other barista tools with precision and expertise.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.
5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the coffee menu, including seasonal specials and promotions.
6. Engage with customers, offering recommendations, answering questions, and providing information about our coffee offerings.
7. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including restocking supplies, cleaning, and opening/closing procedures.
9. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
10. Continuously strive to enhance your knowledge and skills in the art of coffee-making.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop or airport environment.
2. Proficient knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee-related equipment.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
9. A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to deliver an outstanding coffee experience to customers.
