About the Role

We are looking for a customer focused Barista to join a well reputed coffee brand in Doha on a one year contract. The role requires delivering high quality coffee beverages maintaining brand standards and creating a welcoming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso based and specialty coffee beverages in line with company standards

Maintain strong knowledge of coffee products brewing methods and menu items

Provide friendly professional and efficient customer service

Take orders accurately and ensure timely service

Operate clean and maintain coffee machines and related equipment

Prepare hot and cold beverages including specialty drinks as required

Ensure cleanliness of workstations equipment and dining areas

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Support inventory control and stock replenishment

Follow health safety and hygiene standards at all times

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum one year experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe role

Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Attention to detail and cleanliness

Team oriented with a positive attitude

Willingness to work shifts weekends and public holidays

Food safety or hygiene certification preferred

Skills and Attributes
