Paul Mitchell The School Orlando is seeking a passionate and experienced Barber Instructor to inspire and educate our Future Professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory in a classroom setting.
• Monitor Guest Services in the Clinic Classroom
• Lead students and encourage excellence throughout the entire program
• Prepare students for state licensing examinations
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of barbering experience and experience with Paul Mitchell products. Part-time positions available.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Barber Instructor License
• Minimum of 2 years of barbering experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow
• Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
