THE JOB:
As a Barber, you’re not just providing a service, you’re creating a moment. Your confidence, approachability, and attention to detail turn everyday appointments into standout experiences guests remember long after they’ve checked out. By working closely with the Spa & Salon team, you help keep operations running smoothly while raising the bar on what great guest service looks like.
THE STARTING RATE: Commission-based pay, plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Perform a range of services including but not limited to straight razor shaves, haircuts and beard trims, ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes
Maintain a safe and clean environment, and working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests
Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years prior relevant barber experience
Must currently hold a valid Barber's License
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
