As a Barback at Edmondo in Hamburg, you’ll support daily bar operations while learning directly from experienced bartenders and developing your skills step by step.

This is a great opportunity to enter the world of hospitality and grow into future bar positions.

🚀 Your role & learning journey

You support the bar team and develop operational skills every day:

• Prepare and organize the bar station before service

• Support bartenders during service operations

• Refill ingredients, beverages and bar supplies

• Prepare garnishes and support drink preparation

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Ensure smooth communication with service and kitchen teams

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

👉 This role can be the first step towards becoming a Bartender and growing within our bar teams.

💡 What we’re looking for

• First experience in hospitality, service or bar is a plus

• Motivation to learn and grow in the bar environment

• Positive attitude and hands-on mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong team spirit and reliability

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
