Supporting Bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready throughout service.
Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies before and during every shift.
Clearing used glassware, dishes, and equipment promptly to keep the bar operating efficiently.
Helping Bartenders, Servers, and Hosts deliver food and beverages whenever additional support is needed.
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar by wiping surfaces, organizing workstations, and keeping service areas guest-ready.
Preparing the bar before service and completing detailed closing responsibilities at the end of each shift.
Communicating with Bartenders and Leadership to anticipate inventory needs and maintain efficient operations.
Responding quickly to guest requests and supporting the team in resolving service opportunities with professionalism.
Jumping in wherever needed during busy service periods because great hospitality is always a team effort.
Taking pride in creating an organized, polished environment where both guests and teammates can enjoy the experience.

Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred.
Previous Barback or food and beverage support experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, glassware, and basic food safety preferred.
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and leadership.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, including cases of beverages, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and move safely throughout bar, restaurant, storage, and back-of-house areas.
Ability to safely operate bar equipment and use cleaning products according to established procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
