Title: Barback

Position Type: Part Time and Full Time

Location: High Point at AC/Moxy Uptown Dallas

Job Summary:

The Barback is responsible for supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. This position plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while providing support to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stock the bar before each shift.
• Ensure adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar essentials.
• Cut and prepare fresh fruit and garnishes according to established standards.
• Organize bar tools, equipment, and supplies for efficient service.
• Assist bartenders in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly.
• Anticipate the needs of bartenders during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming attitude.
• Assist with guest requests within the responsibilities of the position
