The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality and wants to develop their career within a luxury coastal hotel.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming approach.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
• Mix and serve classic cocktails and signature drinks (training provided where required).
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Operate the till and handle payments.
• Prepare and maintain bar areas to the highest standards.
• Support weddings, private events, and hotel functions.
• Ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation of the bar are maintained at all times.
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless guest service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending or bar service experience.
• A friendly, confident, and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and drink.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Cocktail knowledge is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
