Located in Taos, New Mexico, Old Martinez Hall is undergoing a thoughtful transformation that honors its legacy while introducing a new era of curated experiences. From live music and performances to elevated food and beverage moments and intimate cultural programming, this project is designed to be intentional, immersive, and unmistakably Taos.

The Bar Teammate supports daily operations within a high-energy, counter-service food and beverage outlet by delivering efficient, attentive and guest-focused service across multiple service areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Take orders, serve cocktails and support counter service
  • Run food, bus tables and maintain clean service areas
  • Support bar operations and responsible alcohol service
  • Stock, organize and maintain the bar and counter throughout service
  • Provide friendly, attentive service and support guest needs

Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage service experience required
  • Experience in bar service, counter service or high-volume environments preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and bar service operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service standards
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
