Your Mission
Run day-to-day bar operations: prep, service, handovers, opening & closing
Set the standard for the team and train new barbacks and bartenders
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
Deliver excellent customer service and spread positive energy
Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, team-focused, and proactive
About You
Passionate about Italian food and cocktails
Energetic, proactive, and a team player
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Expert knowledge of classic cocktails
Previous experience as head bartender or bar supervisor in a busy bar
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

€16.65 gross per hour ( inclusive of tronc )
5-day working week with 2 days off
