Job Description

■Position

We are seeking a Supervisor for the Bulgari Ginza Bar located on the 10th floor of the Bulgari Ginza Tower.

■Job Responsibilities

In addition to providing bar service, you will support daily operations and team management.

  • Providing service and drinks at the bar counter
  • Preparing cocktails and beverages
  • Handling guest relations and resolving complaints
  • Assisting with staff training, coaching, and shift management
  • Maintaining and enhancing service quality
  • Supporting inventory control and cost management
  • Assisting in smooth daily bar operations
  • Supporting special events and functions

Full-time (Contract employment may be considered)

■Salary

Based on skills and experience

■Working Hours

8 hours per day (60-minute break)

Monthly variable working hours system / shift-based schedule

115 annual holidays

■Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Experience in bartending or food & beverage service (leadership experience is a plus)
  • Strong hospitality mindset and service orientation
  • Experience in team supervision or staff training
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • English & Japanese skills
