Step behind the iconic bluestone walls of Pentridge and discover Olivine, a wine bar unlike any other. Located within the historic B Division at Destination Pentridge, this intimate 100-seat venue blends rich history with contemporary sophistication. Former prison cells have been transformed into luxurious dining nooks, layered with velvet drapery, ambient lighting and original bluestone architecture, creating an unforgettable setting where every visit tells a story.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to help lead service within one of Melbourne's most distinctive hospitality venues.
This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in premium environments, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and enjoys inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
In this role, you will:
• Lead, motivate and support the team during fast-paced service periods.
• Partner with the Venue and Bar leadership team to deliver seamless daily operations.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and genuine hospitality.
• Support beverage presentation, stock management and operational excellence.
• Assist in the delivery of exclusive wine events, tastings and destination experiences.
• Champion service standards and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous supervisory experience within a premium bar, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• A passion for wine, beverages and hospitality, with a desire to continually develop your knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills. The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a dynamic service environment.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.
