🌟 The Role

As Bar Supervisor, you lead the bar team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring that every drink embodies the care and creativity that define Vida Plena. You balance leadership with craftsmanship — guiding your team, refining service standards, and inspiring innovation behind the bar, all while upholding a calm, positive, and sustainable work environment.

📋 Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise bartenders, manage inventory, coordinate shift changes, and resolve guest concerns.
• Place orders for beverages and bar materials (glasses, shakers, etc.).
• Prepare drinks according to the bar’s recipes and standards.
• Assist in cocktail creation and innovation, always focusing on zero waste.
• Provide excellent customer service and help the team with upselling.
• Assist in training bartenders.

🛠️ What We Expect From You

• Experience: 3+ years in bar roles, with proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organization, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for mixology and developing new, sustainable cocktail recipes.
• Solid understanding of bar operations, stock control, and inventory systems.
• Responsible, calm under pressure, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Capable of mentoring others while maintaining high service standards.
• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Fluent in English and local language.
