This Bar Supervisor role is a great opportunity for a confident, hands-on hospitality professional to step into a leadership position within a quality-led bar operation. The focus is on strong service standards, efficient delivery and creating a welcoming, well-run environment for guests.
Working closely with the management team, you’ll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting service, guiding the team and helping maintain smooth, organised bar operations.
Experience working in a quality bar or hospitality environment
Confident supervising service and supporting bar teams
Good knowledge of drinks, service standards and bar operations
Guest-focused with a positive, professional approach
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
