Are you the go-to person when it comes to pouring the perfect cocktail, vibing with guests, and keeping the team energized? Ready to level up and take the lead behind the bar?

We’re on the hunt for a Bar Supervisor to join our crew in one of Canberra's Southern Cross Clubs venues. You’ll be the energy, the smile, and the smooth operator behind the bar — leading by example, keeping the drinks flowing, and making sure every guest leaves with a great story (and maybe a new favorite drink👀).

What you’ll be doing:

✨ Leading our bar attendants to deliver top-tier customer service

✨ Keeping the vibes high and the operating procedures higher

✨ Showing off your bevvy knowledge — everything from cocktails to negroni

✨ Helping us smash our service goals and Net Promoter Scores

✨ Getting creative with seasonal drinks + promos

✨ Keeping the bar spotless, stylish and safe

✨ Being the go-to person for all things beverage + bar team support

✨ Be able to maintain stock inventory within the bar

We’d vibe with you if you:

✔ Have your RSA (ACT) and be able to use when needed

✔Have 2+ years of bar/restaurant experience

✔ Are confident leading a team and staying cool under pressure

✔ Know your way around a cocktail shaker (and the POS)

✔ Are obsessed with giving guests a killer experience

✔ Can handle a busy service and still smile

✔ Are enthusiastic, reliable, and all about the good energy
