The Bar Supervisor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Food & Beverage department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.
As a Bar Supervisor, we want you to bring your fun and dynamic vibe to work with you every day. Whilst supervising the bar and F&B team, you will ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You’ll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every guest’s experience is electrifying!
If you’re our ideal Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
• Be a vibrant host for guests at the bar
• Supervise the F&B operation and inspire the team to deliver energetic guest service
• Serve and prepare delicious drinks: our F&B offering is all about comfort with a touch of glamour here
• Be a people person and make every day exciting for the team!
• Bring solutions to the table and think on your feet
• Have the ability to multitask; you’ll feel energised when mixing lots of drinks and making amazing cocktails and mocktails!
• Be a visible and dependable role model for the team
• Share your unmatched knowledge of the city with guests, you’ll be able to recommend the best shops, clubs and shows around
