Opening soon within Crown Towers Perth, Tequila Bar is a hidden, premium speakeasy-style venue inspired by the glamour and intrigue of the 1920s prohibition era.

Combining premium tequila, expertly crafted cocktails, elevated service and DJ entertainment, this intimate 50-seat venue offers a sophisticated nightlife experience built around exclusivity, discovery and indulgence

We are seeking experienced and passionate Bar Steward’s to join the opening team and help bring this exciting new concept to life.

About the Role

Reporting into the bar leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive, personalised service. As a Bar Steward, you will create memorable moments for guests while showcasing our premium food and beverage offerings in a sophisticated and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalised experience.
• Build strong product knowledge of our premium tequila, cocktail and beverage offerings.
• Confidently make recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
• Maintain high standards of venue presentation and cleanliness.
• Adhere to responsible service of alcohol, food safety and Crown operational standards.

About You

You are a passionate about hospitality and thrive in premium, guest focused environments.
You will bring:

• Previous experience in a waitperson, food & beverage attendant or hospitality service role.
• A strong customer service focus and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-performing team.
• An interest in premium food, beverages and hospitality experiences

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment
• A professional presentation and passion for providing exceptional guest service
