Job Location Downtown Los Angeles - Los Angeles, CA 90017 Position Type Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range $17.87 - $17.87 Hourly

Applicants must be able to work well as part of a team, be detail oriented and organized, have high energy, possess the ability to take direction well and must be eager to learn. We are looking for team members who are always committed to serving the highest quality food, who are passionate about hospitality and caring for Guests, and possess sincere integrity.

  • Responsible for set-up/breakdown and continual maintenance of bar
  • Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest making the guest the number one priority
  • Attend pre-shift meetings and be aware of posted information from previous shifts
  • Extensive knowledge of the menu and ingredients being able to pair beverages with dishes
  • Extensive knowledge of beverage program and wine service
  • Handle P.O.S. quickly and efficiently
  • Happily assist other employees in their tasks
  • Perform station opening/closing and sidework duties each shift always checking out with the manager on duty
  • Notify the manager of any guest complaint, issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service
  • Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills and enthusiasm
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand.

Knowledge &

Experience:

  • MINIMUM 2 years of experience in high volume, fast pace, or fine dining restaurants
  • ServSafe California Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Weekend and PM availability are a MUST
  • Sufficient wine, beer, and liquor knowledge
