Emberlin is Frantzén Group’s interpretation of a grill restaurant - a glamorous and high-energy destination with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The generous à la carte menu ranges from an extensive crudo selection to dishes from the grill, where carefully selected ingredients are cooked over open fire.
The lively dining room meets an ambitious bar and a vibrant evening and nightlife scene, inviting guests to enjoy both food and drinks late into the night.

We are currently building the opening bar team at Emberlin and are looking for:
Assistant Bar Manager

The bar will play a central role in the overall guest experience and will combine high-energy service with quality, personality and attention to detail.
As part of the opening team, you will help shape routines, culture and ways of working from day one.
Service & Guest Experience
· Deliver high-level service and create memorable guest experiences
· Work closely with the dining room team to ensure smooth service and strong communication
· Maintain quality, energy and attention to detail throughout service
· Contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both guests and colleagues
Team & Collaboration
· Work closely with bar leadership and the wider restaurant team
· Contribute to a positive, professional and collaborative team culture
· Support and help develop less experienced team members when needed
· Be an active part of building structure and routines from the start
Quality & Operations
· Maintain high standards in preparation, cleanliness and organisation
· Ensure routines and ways of working are followed consistently
· Contribute with ideas, creativity and professionalism within the bar team
· Help maintain a strong and consistent beverage experience regardless of pace or volume
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience from quality-driven bars or restaurants
· Thrives in a fast-paced and energetic environment
· Has a genuine passion for cocktails, hospitality and guest experience
· Is reliable, structured and solution-oriented
· Brings positive energy and enjoys working closely with a team
· Wants to grow professionally within Frantzén Group
· Experience from ambitious restaurant concepts or opening teams is considered a plus.

INTERNATIONAL
In 2016 the Group opened its first restaurant outside of Sweden. Restaurant Frantzén’s Kitchen was opened in Hong Kong and has since won several awards and is currently ranked as one of the best restaurants in the country. In late 2018 Zén, which is a sister restaurant to Frantzén in Stockholm, opened in Singapore, and in 2021 Zén was awarded three stars in Guide Michelin.
