Bar Porter – Harrah’s Laughlin

Why It’s More Than a Job

As a Bar Porter, you help create the smooth, efficient bar operations that keep our guests coming back. You support our bartenders, maintain clean and organized bar areas, and ensure every bar is fully stocked and ready to deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all bars, storerooms, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Deliver bar products to designated locations with efficiency and care.
• Support banquet events with timely setup and breakdowns.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of bar storage areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your Supervisor or Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience or training (or a combination of both).
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and SNHD Food Handler Health Card.
• Familiarity with company policies, fire and safety regulations, and a commitment to guest service excellence.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, twist, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Navigate stairs and confined spaces.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments, including secondhand smoke and dusty areas.
• Tolerate bright lights and high noise levels.
• Maintain guest-facing professionalism and flexibility in scheduling.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
