About the role

The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Bar Margot guests In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences

What you will do:

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you bring:

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine

  • Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: Minimum two years food service or related work.

  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full Time

  • Forty hours over a five-day period; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.

Outlet Hours of Operation:

  • Sun–Thu: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Kitchen closes at 10:30 PM)

  • Fri–Sat: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Kitchen closes at 11:00 PM)
