Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier hospitality while leading by example behind the bar
- Craft and serve drinks with consistency and attention to detail
- Supervise daily bar operations and support fellow bartenders
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar
- Assist with staff training and performance standards
- Manage inventory levels and support ordering needs
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health/safety standards
- Handle to-go orders and bar-side food service
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven service culture
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment REQUIRED
- Prior bar leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in wine knowledge, especially Italian wines, and classic cocktails
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification (required within 90 days)
- Familiarity with inventory control and ordering
- Comfortable using POS and bar management systems

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
