We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Bar General Manager to shape and lead Bartholomew’s Bar operation. This is far more than an operational leadership role. Operations Lead the day-to-day bar operation, setting the standard for service, quality and guest experience.

Commercial Performance. Take ownership of stock, labour and financial performance while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
