Hannah St Hotel is home to five distinct venues operated by The Mulberry Group, each designed to reflect Melbourne’s layered food culture while offering something fresh. From morning coffee rituals to late-night gatherings, these venues are woven into the rhythm of the hotel and the city beyond.

You’re enthusiastic, guest-focused, and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You enjoy working collaboratively, staying busy, and being part of a team that values high standards, creativity, and genuine hospitality.
Welcome guests warmly, provide attentive service, and ensure every interaction feels personal and professional. Manage seating, take orders accurately, and deliver service promptly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across all areas of service. Develop strong product knowledge across beverages, and specials to make confident recommendations. Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and maintaining preparation areas..Contribute to a positive workplace culture by being reliable, engaged, and supportive of your teammates.
What You Bring
Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role, preferably within Melbourne’s vibrant F&B scene. A passion for great service and a genuine interest in food, coffee, and beverage culture. A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards. Confidence using POS systems and learning new technology. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
