We are looking for an authentic and driven F&B Service Team Member (Part-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We’re a little bit classic, a little bit rebellious and always full of character! We have a variety of part-time contracts available from 16 hours per week up to 35hours per week,

Your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or complaints and working alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders!

So, we are looking for someone who has…

  • Availability to work from 16 hours per week with weekend availability
  • Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host

  • Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed

  • Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!

  • Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!

  • Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
