Key Responsibilities
• Set and prepare banquet rooms according to event requirements, ensuring tables, linens, and place settings are properly arranged
• Provide a warm welcome, professional, and efficient service throughout each event
• Support event execution by working closely with the kitchen and restaurant team
• Assist guests with requests and ensure they have an exceptional experience
• Serve food and beverages in an organized, timely manner
• Maintain the cleanliness of event spaces, storage, and presentation of service areas
• Assist with room setup and breakdown, including A.V. equipment setup and bar setups and service as needed
• Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Key Requirements
• Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-focused attitude with the ability to take direction and support others
• Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• High stamina, comfortable being on your feet, and lifting tables/chairs for setup
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Ability to multitask while maintaining service standards
