We create memorable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a Banquet Supervisor who is passionate about delivering excellent service. You should be organized, confident, and able to lead a team in a professional manner.
In this role, you will help ensure that all events and banquets run smoothly — from setup to service — while making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
A Glimpse into Your Role as a Banquet Supervisor, you will:
Supervise and support the banquet team during events
Make sure all event setups are completed correctly and on time
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service
Brief the team before each event so everyone understands their duties
Monitor service during events and quickly handle any guest requests or issues
Ensure high service standards are maintained at all times
Assist with upselling premium food and beverage options when appropriate
Oversee event closing procedures and ensure everything is properly cleared and organized
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or relevant hotel experience)
At least 2 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage service in a hotel; supervisory experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English or other languages are a plus
Good knowledge of banquet operations and service standards
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Well organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
