We are currently hiring for Part-time Banquet Servers.



Under the direct supervision of the Banquet Manager or Captain, the Banquet Server PT is responsible for setting up and serving guests during banquet functions at the resort.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements include the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Understand BEO (Banquet Event Order) and complete set-ups accordingly.

- Set tables correctly with clean linens and glassware, ensuring uniformity.

- Knowledgeably explain menu items to guests.

- Keep the station clean during service, refilling items as needed.

- Assist in breaking down buffet or food service tables post-event.

- Serve guests following hospitality guidelines and company policies.

- Complete all cleaning tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Related experience or training is beneficial.

This job requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
