You are responsible for creating unmatched experiences by engaging guests, navigating menu offerings, capitalizing on upselling opportunities and delivering an unrivaled service experience. What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
• Serves food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards
• Communicates any special requests to the culinary team
• Organizes the team holding line ups and holding team accountable during event.
• Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages. Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
• Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Assisting bartenders with opening and closing paperwork as needed
• Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
What You Bring
• Previous experience as server in a similar banquet environment
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
• Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)

Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside offers 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space on the waterfront of Bremerton, Washington. Just a short ferry ride from Seattle, Kitsap Conference Center offers an unsurpassed standard of excellence for your meetings conferences, trade shows, social events, reunions, and weddings in Washington State. The conference center's recent expansion added five flexible function rooms on the third floor for additional meeting and event space with spectacular views and even more opportunities to host multiple day meetings with breakouts, and memorable weddings.

With an ideal waterfront location and sweeping views of Sinclair Inlet, the venue comfortably accommodates up to 700 guests and offers easy access to Bremerton hotels. The outdoor water fountains and plaza highlight the conference center's marina setting, making it the most unique venue in Kitsap County.
