About the role:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer Seasonal Banquet Server

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts ofmany,we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Hourly wage:$17.50 - $18.85

What you will do:

• Ensure guests' needs are fully attended to in a function setting.

• Gather and transport all suppliesrequiredfor function setup.

• Set tables and back-of-house prep space according to service standards.

• Prepare mise-en-place for events.

• Serve food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards.

The Banquet Server will provide dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic service at all times.They will be comfortable lifting and carrying heavy trays and furniture based on the needs of the function. Candidates with experience working in catered events previously will be prioritized

What you bring:

• Previousexperience serving isrequired

• Previousexperience in catering work or high-volume functions is preferred

• Strong command of the English language

• Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds

• Excellent commitment to service

• Must have Serving it Right Certificate

• Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7,365 daysa year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends,overnightsand holidays
