Banquet Servers at Paradise Valley Country Club are crucial to the success of banquets and events. They play a pivotal role in setting up, serving, and cleaning banquet rooms, ensuring that guests receive excellent service. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of presentation and service quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Setting Up Event Spaces:
   • Arrange silverware, glassware, and other necessary items according to the event specifications.
   • Decorate and organize the space for the banquet.
2. Serving Food and Beverages:
   • Serve meals and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
   • Address any dietary restrictions or preferences as needed.
   • Refill drinks and clear used dishes during the event.
3. Maintaining Cleanliness and Order:
   • Keep the banquet area clean and organized during the event.
   • Clear away dishes and trash from tables between courses and after the event.
4. Guest Interaction:
   • Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
   • Handle any guest requests or inquiries related to food or beverages.
5. Event Coordination Support:
   • Work with the kitchen and other staff to ensure the event runs smoothly.
   • Communicate with supervisors or event planners to ensure timelines and service standards are met.
6. Post-Event Duties:
   • Help clean up the event space, including taking down decorations and resetting the room.
   • Organize and return equipment and supplies used during the event.
