Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Banquet Server. The ideal person shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. Work authorization for the location is required.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Server who will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during banquet events. In this position, you will be expected to set up banquet tables, serve food and beverages, and clean up after events. You will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to their requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Job Functions

The banquet server position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Set up banquet buffet and decorations according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and clean banquet halls after events
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless event execution
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Hourly Rate: $16.90
