BANQUET SERVER

At Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, our Banquets team brings extraordinary events to life through exceptional service, thoughtful attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. From oceanfront weddings and elegant celebrations to executive retreats and private gatherings, every event is an opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests.

As a Banquet Server, you will play an important role in delivering personalized food and beverage service while creating meaningful connections with guests and ensuring every event reflects the warmth, care, and excellence that define the Four Seasons experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service during weddings, conferences, social events, and private functions throughout the resort.
• Present menu selections with confidence, sharing knowledge about ingredients, preparation methods, and culinary offerings.
• Communicate guest requests and dietary needs accurately to culinary and banquet leadership teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Deliver food and beverage items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and Four Seasons service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including linen, china, glassware, silverware, buffet displays, and event décor elements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing event spaces before, during, and after each function.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding, and Resort teams to ensure flawless event execution.

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• A minimum of one year of food service, restaurant, banquet, or related hospitality experience.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating meaningful connections through service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to carry and balance serving trays while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support fellow team members to achieve shared goals.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
