About the role

We’re seeking an energetic and attentive Banquet Server to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be the face of hospitality during events, ensuring guests receive top-notch service in a timely and professional manner. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Prepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware according to event specifications

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout the event

• Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards

• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests

• Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events

• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth event execution

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What You’ll Bring

• Previous banquet, catering, or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory – we provide full training!

• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Strong team player who communicates effectively

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and carry trays or equipment
