Banquet Houseperson at The Confluence Hotel, Hastings, MN

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Houseperson to ensure the seamless setup, maintenance, and cleanup of our banquet and event spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to memorable guest experiences in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events

- Support banquet staff with service-related tasks as needed

- Ensure all event spaces are prepared according to specifications and safety standards

- Respond promptly to any guest or staff requests during events

- Monitor inventory of supplies and report needs to management

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, event setup, or related roles preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Physical stamina to lift, move, and position furniture and equipment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Positive attitude and professional appearance
