Prepare and execute banquet menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Work closely with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure smooth, timely service for events of all sizes.
Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with large-scale food production while maintaining consistency and quality.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (because no one likes a surprise ingredient).
Help with prep, breakdown, and clean-up—teamwork makes the dream work.
Adapt quickly to last-minute changes, special requests, and the occasional “we need 50 more plates, like, now.”
Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or banquet environment preferred.
Solid understanding of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure without sacrificing quality.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication and teamwork skills—no lone wolves in this kitchen.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
