Job Description

Banquet & Catering Server (BQT.CTR) are responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experience. This role takes orders, serves food and beverages accurately and efficiently, maintains knowledge of menu offerings, and anticipates guest needs while delivering outstanding hospitality. Servers are expected to uphold service standards, handle guest concerns professionally, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
• Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
• Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
