Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth execution of banquets, ensuring all aspects of the event are flawlessly coordinated.
  • Lead and train banquet servers, ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to our high standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and flawless delivery of all food and beverage items.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any requests or issues that may arise during the event.
  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, ensuring all banquets run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or in a similar leadership role is required.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating extraordinary experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our events may take place during those times.
