ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Set up bar(s) in function area(s) according to standard policies and guest request.
Make and serve drinks to guests, following all hotel, state, and federal laws and/or policies.
Remove all trash and/or empty glasses from public areas.
Breakdown and clean bar(s) thoroughly at completion of the function(s), being sure to return the bar and all supplies to proper storage areas.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 1 year of bartending experience.
Position requires working on weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Having an alcohol serving certification from an approved vendor such as TIPS or state approved program, is a plus.
