Position: Banking Team Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Team Leader to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of banking customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and present findings to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
