Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Banking Supervisor to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong knowledge of banking operations within a corporate services environment. The selected candidate will oversee the banking services function, acting as the main liaison between clients, banks, and financial institutions while ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. Working closely with internal corporate and accounting teams, the Banking Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing client experience, streamlining processes, and expanding banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the banking services function and act as the main point of contact for clients, banks, and financial institutions
Assist clients with bank account openings, KYC reviews, and day-to-day banking administration matters
Coordinate and manage banking documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop and improve internal procedures while monitoring departmental performance and profitability
Support corporate-related tasks including statutory filings, company updates, and liaison with authorities
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in banking, corporate services, or financial services
Strong understanding of KYC, due diligence, and banking procedures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across departments
