We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Banking & Payments Finance Advisory team. The successful candidate will be involved in advisory engagements for banks, payment institutions, and fintech, supporting clients in navigating financial, regulatory, and operational challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.

How You will Make an Impact

As a Banking & Payments Finance Advisory, you will work closely with managers and partners, take ownership of workstreams, and contribute to high-quality client deliverables.

Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Delivering advisory services to banking, payments, and financial services clients across a range of finance-related engagements
• Support clients on matters such as:
• Payments and banking business models
• Regulatory-driven change and impact assessments
• Finance transformation and process optimisation
• Product profitability and cost analysis
• Financial modelling and business case development
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and financial analyses
• Liaise with client stakeholders and support workshops and meetings
• Contribute to proposal development and internal knowledge sharing
• Coach and support junior team members where required

Let’s Talk About You

• 3–4 years of relevant experience within:
• Banking institutions
• Payment institutions / fintech
• Consulting or advisory environments serving financial services clients
• Strong understanding of banking and/or payments operations, products, and financial drivers
• Solid financial analysis and modelling skills
• Experience working on advisory or transformation projects is considered an asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to EU financial services regulation (e.g. PSD2/PSD3, AML, prudential frameworks)
• Experience with payments schemes, acquiring/issuing, or digital payments
• Professional qualifications or progress toward ACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar
