We are currently seeking a Centralized Processing Specialist II
As a Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market.
As a Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:
-Performing GL balancing/reconciling
-Process Return Items, Non-Post and Exception Transactions, Foreign Items, ATM Balancing, Adjustments
-Handle customers inquiries clearly via phone and email
-Conduct research and administer the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records accurately and timely
-Operate with minimal supervision and may need to exercise independent judgment in completing assignments
-Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required
-FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus
-Collaboration/People skills
-Integrity/Dutifulness
-Available to work overtime as needed
-Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
-Must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs

This is a Contract position based out of El Monte, CA.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
