About The Role

As our Banking Operations Manager based in Jakarta, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Group Treasury. You will manage day-to-day bank operations at the subsidiary level, ensuring flawless transaction execution and absolute cash visibility for the Holding company. This is a highly collaborative role where you will act as a critical bridge between major commercial banking partners and our internal Product, Engineering, Tax, and Financial Reporting teams. If you are passionate about moving away from manual banking portals and building automated, API-driven financial infrastructure, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily liquidity allocations across multiple corporate, custodian, and operational bank accounts, ensuring optimal balance monitoring and real-time cash-flow forecasting.
• Authorize and manage high-value corporate funds movements, complex cross-border transfers, partner settlements, and regulatory tax disbursements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Financial Systems & Technology (FST) teams to aggressively transition manual banking workflows into automated, API-led systems.
• Serve as the primary operational anchor for regional banking partners, streamlining end-to-end corporate onboarding, KYC, and account performance metrics.
• Monitor transaction fee structures, bank yields, and processing timelines to optimize local and regional payment routing.
• Supervise the accurate bookkeeping of all operational inflows/outflows, matching internal transaction ledgers with actual bank collections and P&L statements.
• Partner closely with Financial Reporting and Tax teams to ensure all corporate cash data is closed, finalized, and delivered by the monthly deadline.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a local operations team, fostering an empathetic leadership culture capable of scaling through rapid system upgrades and organizational changes.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of direct managerial experience leading, coaching, and developing teams within Corporate Treasury, Banking Operations, or Finance Operations
• Deep operational knowledge of local clearing systems (BI-FAST, SKN, RTGS) as well as global cross-border frameworks (SWIFT, multi-currency cash pooling)
• Strong familiarity with automated ERP/accounting systems and a solid understanding of how banking portals integrate via APIs
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related quantitative fields
• Exceptional attention to detail with an uncompromised commitment to financial controls and the ability to thrive under the time-sensitive pressure of hard banking cut-offs.
• Professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to seamlessly manage regional group reporting and local banking partnerships.
• Comfort with, or a strong professional interest in, digital assets, Web3 infrastructure, and stablecoin mechanics.
