Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles.
• Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Develop a practical understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment.
• Build capability in interviewing, stakeholder management, and talent advisory.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; candidates seeking to transition from agency recruitment to an in-house environment are welcome.
• Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services.
• Confident, personable, and effective communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised, quick to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities.
