Job Description
- Conduct investigations into suspected fraud cases involving banking products, services, and transactions.
- Analyze transactional data, customer information, and supporting evidence to identify fraud activities.
- Prepare investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommended corrective actions.
- Coordinate with business units, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external agencies throughout investigations.
- Identify fraud trends, control gaps, and process weaknesses to enhance fraud prevention measures.
- Ensure all investigations are performed in compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Criminology, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fraud Investigation, Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, fraud schemes, and financial crime risks.
- Experience in analyzing transaction data and conducting complex investigations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFE, CAMS, CISA, or CIA are an advantage.
